Having trained athletes across the country and internationally at all levels of the game, Anthony brings a level of experience and perspective that very few trainers in New England can offer. His background working with athletes from different environments, cultures, and levels of competition has allowed him to develop a deeper understanding of what each individual athlete truly needs in order to grow and succeed.

From youth athletes just beginning their journey to working with WNBA, NBA, and NCAA Division I athletes, Anthony’s approach has always remained centered around development, accountability, detail, and understanding the game at a high level.

The goal has never simply been to run drills. The goal is to help athletes understand how to think the game, approach training with purpose, and build habits that translate far beyond basketball itself.

This section should not be taken lightly. Dear parents & athletes, please understand that if you commit to one of the following programs, you will not always be training directly with Anthony personally. One Dream Elite Training will feature a select group of trainers who will also play a major role in athlete development and growth.

If you are specifically looking to train with Anthony, that must be requested directly, as he already works privately with a wide range of athletes — from professional players to youth athletes across multiple levels of the game.

Our Skills Clinics are designed for athletes who truly want more. These clinics are typically one-day events, with select opportunities becoming two-day sessions depending on invitations and athlete commitment.

Each session runs approximately 5–6 hours and is built to challenge athletes both physically and mentally. From skill development and basketball IQ to conditioning, accountability, and mindset, every athlete will be pushed outside of their comfort zone in a way that promotes real growth.

This is not simply about showing up and getting shots up. It’s about learning how to train, compete, communicate, and carry yourself like a serious athlete.

Our Skills Camps are designed for athletes who truly need time for development. While our clinics can be intense and the days are often long, sometimes a single day simply is not enough time for certain concepts and philosophies to be fully understood and applied by every athlete.

The athletes who often succeed early in this game are usually quick learners. However, the best athletes are the ones who become obsessed with the details, the habits, and understanding the “why” behind everything they are being taught.

That is what makes our camps different. Camps give us the opportunity to truly slow the game down, break it apart, teach the mental side of basketball, and help athletes understand how every detail connects to long-term success. Development is not rushed here. It is taught with purpose.

ONE DREAM SKILLS CAMPS

Private Individual / Group Training is probably the most competitive environment we offer because we truly challenge each athlete both physically and mentally throughout every session.

A lot of athletes and parents hear “group training” and immediately think their child won’t receive the same level of attention they would in an individual session. Our group training is completely different. We intentionally keep our groups small, with a maximum of only 5 athletes per session, so every athlete still feels seen, pushed, and coached at a high level.

While athletes will compete against each other during certain drills and game-like scenarios connected to the skill sets we are focusing on, every athlete is still treated as an individual with their own strengths, weaknesses, and development goals. The attention to detail never changes simply because there are multiple athletes in the gym.

Individual training takes all of that a step further. Every session is fully dialed in to what the athlete specifically needs, whether that’s footwork, confidence, decision-making, scoring reads, ball handling, conditioning, or understanding the game at a deeper level. No two athletes are the same, which means no two development plans should be the same either.

What makes the One Dream clinics and camps truly unique often comes from the conversations that happen during the down moments. While many camps prioritize only the fun parts of basketball like 5-on-5 games and station drills, true development goes far beyond that.

Yes, athletes can learn from those environments — but growth requires a different level of awareness, discipline, and understanding of the game. If the goal is to reach the next level, that mentality has to be developed early regardless of age.
