At One Dream Elite, we often say that if we have to convince you — or your parents — to get you in the gym, then more than likely we don’t want the athlete or parent in the gym to begin with. Why? Because we don’t treat the game of basketball like it’s just an option when you come work with us.

We don’t look at you as “just a 5th grader looking for extra work.” We treat you like an athlete that truly wants to grow in the game we all love called basketball.

We will never pretend you are something you’re not. But we will absolutely overestimate your potential because that means we believe there is more inside of you to unlock. Greatness comes from being challenged, pushed, and held to a higher standard — even before you see it in yourself.
